Here’s two recent projects where we developed apps which will continue to help our clients solve problems or improve the functionality of their business throughout the coming months.

Improving staff communication

We recently created an app for a major water utility company which allowed their field engineers to more easily communicate with their in-house teams to request callouts, track progress and ensure targets are reached. This app not only helped improve communication between teams, by allowing less room for human error and delay it also allowed for a more productive workflow and target achievements.

Solving a problem with the Willow app

This project was all about solving a problem for those suffering with chronic illnesses. Recording and reporting symptoms or physical changes is a big part of life for someone with a chronic illness, but it can be challenging to record these symptoms adequately with both written descriptions and photo evidence. Willow allows these people the ability to effectively record any symptoms or physical changes, keep track of when they occur, and provide them with a platform to share this report with a Doctor or a medical professional to arrange any necessary changes to treatments.

This app development was a great example of how we listened to an issue and created an effective solution that would help the client overcome their obstacles.
