Workflow discovery

You Don’t Need to Arrive with an AI Solution

Tell us where work gets stuck. We lead the discovery with your team, turn the frustration into a clear problem and recommend a practical starting point.

We do: map the workflow, identify friction and exceptions, and compare possible approaches. We explain where AI fits and where a simpler change is enough.
You contribute: access to the people doing the work, your business priorities and representative examples shared through an agreed route.
Proposed deliverable: a recommended workflow, the reasons for choosing it and a baseline. You can decide whether the opportunity merits a pilot.

Pilot planning

We Make the Pilot Ready to Build

We turn the selected workflow into a scoped implementation plan, so you can understand the work, responsibilities and costs before committing.

We do: choose the implementation approach and define inputs, permissions, review, acceptance checks and a fallback. We agree scope, fees and schedule with you.
You contribute: a process owner, approved access and decisions about acceptable errors and who can approve the work.
Proposed deliverable: an agreed pilot plan with clear boundaries and success and stop criteria. You know what we will build and how it will be assessed.

Implementation & measurement

We Handle the Build and Help You Judge the Result

We implement the agreed workflow and test it with the people who will use it. You keep control of business decisions while we handle the implementation work.

We do: build the pilot, test routine cases and exceptions, document its limits and assess handling time, quality, corrections and operating costs.
You contribute: feedback on representative cases and human review where agreed. Your process owner decides whether the result is useful in practice.
Proposed deliverable: a working pilot within the agreed scope, documented checks and a recommendation to continue, revise or stop. Savings are not guaranteed; broader rollout is scoped separately.
